Robbie S. Chidester, CPA is the chief financial officer of Avinti. He brings over 20 years of financial management leadership in high-growth and technology entities to the company. Chidester is a proven leader in both large and mid-sized firms. As audit manager for international accounting firm KPMG, Chidester established himself as a specialist in corporate compliance, public reporting, M&A/IPO due diligence and management consulting. Later, as the chief financial officer for Epixtech, a enterprise software firm, Chidester supervised earnings of over $32 million in a four year period while managing a financial team spanning four continents. Recently, Chidester played the lead financial role in the $102 million negotiation, sale and closing of Ameritech Library Services, Inc. He is an expert in strategic modeling, investor relations and value creation.
Chidester is a licensed, certified public accountant. He holds a B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
